Job Description

Assist in the day-to-day operation of the maintenance requirements of the Hotel, maintaining the building, plant, equipment, fixtures and fittings.
Ensure a functional, pleasant and safe working environment for all guests, visitors and other employees, through using safe working practices.
Complete daily plant rounds and note for repair any equipment that may appear or sound faulty.
Exercise effective time management in the prioritisation and completion of tasks and report back the completion or delay of any task that is guest related.
Work Experience
Trade certificate is preferred
Previous experience in a similar role preferred, preferably in hospitality.
Organises time and work efficiently.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Experience with commercial kitchen equipment advantageous.
