Your new company

Hays Recruitment is currently seeking hammerhands for a local residential construction company. This company has been operating in New Zealand for over 10 years and has several projects on in the CBD and Wellington's Eastern Suburbs. Projects include:

new builds
framing and formwork
re-cladding
house extensions
renovations

Your new role
Join the team and assist in carpenters in both the interior and exterior projects throughout Wellington Region. Your day will start at 7:30am, you will be expected to be on time, reliable, confident in all aspects of residential building.

What you'll need to succeed

Successful candidates will have 2+ years building experience, reliable transport to travel between projects, tools are preferred but not essential and have current site-safe passport or be available to attend the next available course.

What you'll get in return
PAYE or Contractor pay options, paid weekly, we can also provide site-safe training if you do not have a current site safe.
