The property is truly stunning, and working in the hotel involves being part of a fantastic team dedicated to providing excellent service and a memorable guest experience.As a Guest Services Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our hotel guests have an enjoyable stay.
You will be one of their first and last points of contact during check-in and check-out.
Your responsibilities include providing front desk services, processing guest payments, and serving as a source of information on various topics.We are looking for someone approachable with excellent customer service skills.
Your friendly demeanor will shine when greeting guests, assisting them during their stay, and bidding farewell at check-out.
You should also be sales-minded, with the ability to up-sell or cross-sell additional SkyCity offerings.
