The Role We're looking for a Growth Marketer with the experience anddrive to support Seequent's continuous market growth. The Growth MarketingSpecialist will be responsible for supporting Seequent's growth marketing team,including executing activities across digital marketing, paid advertising, marketingautomation, analytics, and demand generation. Drawing from hands-onexperience in these disciplines, our ideal candidate can support members of theGrowth Marketing team as they execute on 2024 plans and the Growth MarketingRoadmap, and provide support for the wider Customer Experience department. Thisrole will work closely with the wider Marketing team to achieve Seequent'sexciting growth ambitions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Ensure the execution of the Growth Marketing roadmap for 2024. Be part of a passionate team that that develops and executes demand generation initiatives in collaboration with our Regional, Segment, Product, and Customer Marketing teams. Help manage Seequent's paid advertising/professional consulting budget and overall Growth Marketing budget. Automation and workflow builds in our marketing automation platform, Marketo. Support paid advertising campaigns utilizing LinkedIn and Google Ads. In order to be successful in this role, you should have: Minimum of 3years of marketing experience (1 year paid media, 3 years email marketing) with a bachelor's degree inMarketing, Business, Analytics or a related field. Theability to understand campaign data and analytics in order to communicateinsights and recommendations to business stakeholders. Abilityto lead successful marketing acquisition strategies, planning and thendelivering that activity. Demonstrabletrack record of testing and optimising marketing activity using a robust,analytical methodology.
