As the Group Property Manager at Beca, you will play a key role in driving our Group Property Strategy across all locations.
This is your chance to make a big impact by aligning our Workplace Experience with Beca's goals and ensuring our properties are managed to the highest standards.In this role, you will oversee the operations, maintenance, and improvement of our leased properties.
You will also manage property fit-out projects, implement security guidelines, and work closely with our HSEW, Branch, and Corporate services teams to maintain safe and healthy office environments.
Additionally, you will seek relevant accreditations and certifications for our properties.Your ability to manage relationships with external partners, including landlords, agents, legal partners, architects, contractors, and suppliers, will be crucial.
You will lead Facilities Management activities to ensure target service levels are maintained and foster a positive team environment within the Property function.We are looking for someone who can provide strategic insights into the Property function, ensuring effective collaboration with key stakeholders to support the 'One Beca' approach.
You will enhance the expertise of the Workplace Assets & Experience team by promoting knowledge sharing and managing the distribution of information.Key responsibilities include:Leading, maintaining, and implementing the Group Property Strategy across all Beca locations.Managing and overseeing operations, maintenance, administration, and improvement of Beca's leased properties and assets.Implementing and operationalizing physical security guidelines to ensure safety and security.Collaborating with Beca HSEW, Branch, and Corporate services teams to maintain healthy and safe office environments.Managing relationships with external partners including landlords, agents, legal partners, architects, contractors, and suppliers.Ko wai koe | About youYou are a strategic thinker with a passion for creating outstanding workplace environments.

Your strong communication and collaboration skills enable you to work effectively with various teams, such as HSEW, Branch, and Corporate services, to achieve common goals.You are proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
Your strategic insights and ability to provide timely and accurate advice, reporting, and information make you a valuable asset to the business.
