About the role
The Future of Work signifies a fantastic opportunity to evolve our workforce and the way we work, and we are stepping up to this exciting challenge! Reporting directly to the Chief People and Culture Officer this role will lead the organisation to design and adopt new principles and approaches to how people, technology and culture need to work in symphony, to create a new energy future.

You will be all about delivering to your commitments, role modelling superb collaboration & influencing skills, show high intellect and strong personal integrity and ethics, be a devotee of human centred design thinking – and have a natural preference to experiment and take calculated, well managed risks.
Who we are looking for:
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following:
At least 10 years senior leadership experience leading, coaching and influencing high performing teams – ideally in an OD and/or change function
Human centred and other user experience design skills
Successful leadership of major business transformations including cultural evolution
Evidence of significant recent skill and knowledge development in future of work, RPA and AI thinking and methods
Proven operational leadership with a demonstrated track record of delivering business objectives in a product or service environment
