You will be a strong collaborator who is accustomed to working closely with other teams across development, test, data and integration functions to deliver agreed outcomes.Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, agile methodologies, change management, and data analysis experience will be key in helping you to manage specialist support functions, enhancements and improvements of software and SaaS systems across the enterprise.Strong and varied technical experience and previous experience managing critical enterprise systems that required working closely with business owners to deliver great outcomes will enable you to lead from the front in this role.At the University of Otago, you would be joining the team responsible for empowering the future of New Zealand thinkers every day.
