We manage interactions and services for Individual customers and provide a service for other segments of customers. Our Individual customers make up the largest percentage of the population.Mo te tunga- About the roleReporting to a Customer Segment Leader in Customer Compliance Services you'll be responsible for leading leaders and a number of teams in Christchurch, Greymouth and potentially other parts of New Zealand. You will play a critical role in delivering new areas of work and working closely with other Group Leads and across IR on how we can innovate and sponsor work which improve how we deliver our services for IR and our customers.In this role, you will:actively contribute to the leadership vision of our teams, share your ideas and expertise and apply them to the way we operate internally, as well as how we interact with our customersbuild an environment across a large operational team that encourages and enables the delivery of customer and compliance services to achieve positive outcomes for our people and customers. You will empower and support our people to make quality decisions with your passion and commitment to coaching for performancepartner with others to develop and deliver an integrated customer strategy for your segment, to represent IR and meet the expectations of our customersensure our teams deliver the desired outcomes for our customers.
