They are seeking a highly capable Group Financial Controller to help lead the Finance team. Key accountabilities of this diverse role extend from Board and Exec reporting, KPI monitoring and analysis, financier compliance management and reporting, as well as assisting in the development of systems/processes and other project work. You will oversee a small but highly capable finance team that is looking to constantly develop. To excel in this position, you will ideally be a Chartered Accountant, or you will have experience in an intermediate to senior Commercial / Management Accountant role. This is a genuine chance to demonstrate an aptitude for continuous improvement and really take ownership of a role. Strong excel knowledge is highly desired, although much of this can be learnt on the job. Tax knowledge and experience would also be very useful but is not essential. This dynamic role reports to the CFO who will ensure that you are provided with professional development and growth, including gaining access to learn from an innovative Managing Director and a strong group of Advisers and Directors. You will be able to apply your existing knowledge whilst developing new skills and getting the chance to really influence the business.
