How You’ll Shine
Our company’s vision is to put the world on vacation! As a Groundsperson/Maintenance Officer, you will perform all general facility maintenance under minimum supervision in a manner which ensures the preservation of optimum quality and efficient production. Perform service requests and repairs as directed. Perform maintenance work for make-ready units as directed. Clean and inspect in building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor. Adhere to the company’s safety programs.

What You’ll Bring
To be considered for this great opportunity it is essential that you have the following skills and attributes:
Demonstrated level of competence and technical experience in general resort property and grounds maintenance and repairs (including electrical, plumbing installations, building and pool maintenance)
Experience with Hotel/Resort refurbishment highly regarded
Current First Aid certificate and thorough understanding of basic Occupational Health & Safety principles and chemical handling
Results orientated, with strong time management and organisational skills and the ability to multitask and use initiative
Ability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and school and public holiday periods
Trade qualification desirable
Current drivers licence
