Grounds Maintenance & Luge Operations

Skyline Queenstown is an award-winning tourist attraction, featuring a fantastic restaurant, event and conference facilities, the iconic Luge ride and Gondola access to mountain biking trails and the spectacular and much photographed view of Queenstown, the Remarkables and Lake Wakatipu.
We are looking for a confident, energetic and multitalented team player to join our awesome Maintenance and Activities Teams.
This role covers a wide range of tasks including building and grounds maintenance, lift operations, customer instruction and safety.
No one day will be the same in this role, and the successful applicant will be equally comfortable getting their hands dirty in the maintenance workshop as they are delivering the world class customer service our team are known for.
You will have a great eye for detail, take pride in your work and have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and without direct supervision.
Basic mechanical knowledge is preferred, and at least one years’ experience in grounds maintenance and chairlift operation is essential.
This role demands a high level of physical fitness and will involve work outdoors. You will also need to be flexible to work early mornings, weekends and public holidays as required.
