This organisation is proud to bring you The Growth Project, a recruiting programme for Maori graduates and students to have access into part-time (at least 15 hours per week) and full-time (up to 40 hours per week) opportunities. Throughout this programme, you will receive great training and mentorship, internal and external network opportunities and wonderful pastoral care whilst we assist you with finding the right role for you. We currently have multiple clients searching for engaged and proactive talent for their 2022 graduate programs and 2021-2022 summer internships.
These roles are available for a range of degree backgrounds, included but not limited to Journalism, IT/Computer Science, Accounting/Finance and Commerce/Business.
This is a great opportunity to gain experience, allowing you to put your skills, learning and background to good use as you look for work. Eligibility for the programme requires you: To be identified as Maori (Requirement of Te Puni Kokiri - The Ministry of Maori Development) Be studying or have recently completed a tertiary qualification (up to 24 months) Great communication skills - both verbal and written Be eligible to live and work in New Zealand Be passionate about developing your professional skills
