Working as a Client Service Associate, you will be an integral member of this collaborative team responding to inbound calls and emails from retail and business clients covering a range of financial products and services.This team is focused on the quality of customer service, not the quantity of calls.Your role will be amix between client service and administrationas you respond to a range of queries from the very simple, to relatively complex.

To be considered for this opportunity, you MUST have:
Recently completed your University degree. Ideally in Finance, Commerce, Business or similar
Exceptional communication skills & a client focused approach
Previous experience from a Client Service or Client Support role is essential. Ideally, this experience will have been gained in a corporate environment, however, retail and hospitality experience will also be considered
Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
Excellent attention to detail
Strong time management and organisation skills, and the ability to work to deadlines
A strong team player approach and the desire to assist others
