This venue is yours to run, you must have the experience to take full responsibility in its entirety. All staffing, training, maintaining and developing systems and internal infrastructure, full P&L reporting and first and foremost be on the ground with the team. It is advantageous to have volume experience and a keen eye for detaiol for BOH and atmosphere and local love in your FOH.
Ideal Qualities we are seeking include
Proven experience in professional a la carte venues with bar, bottle shop, pokies and small amount of accomodation.
Large amount of financial reporting experience
Ability to develop and maintain the highest service standards
The drive to becom a part of a tight knit community while also having enough distance to run the best pub in town and run it well and to liquor act legislation
Proven experience with all BOH operations and the proven experience in working to tight budgets, forecasting and business analytics
Understanding of gaming machines, accounting for them, service standards and gaming player pshyche.
Knowledge of trends without forgetting old school hospitality - your locals are what drives the business.
