ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a newly created role which will be focused on the coordination, oversight and continuous development of the organisations global website. You will be working as part of a high functioning team within a face paced dynamic environment.
DUTIES
• Assuming responsibility for the technical management of the company website
• Coordination of the QA testing, release and deployment of new features across the site
• Ensuring the website is future focused and constantly evolving to ensure alignment with current market trends
• Collaborating with multiple organisational business units within their Global Advisory Panel ecosystem and Technology teams to ensure a consistent customer engagement across multiple customer touch points.
• Assist and oversee the management of other entity websites as required
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Good working knowledge and understanding of Magento 2 platform would be preferred, but a working knowledge of other key ecommerce platforms would also be considered
• Excellent knowledge of contemporary enterprise systems & architecture
• Working knowledge of key vendors in the market (hardware, software & services e.g. SaaS, PaaS, IaaS).
• UX and UI experience
• Track record in working with a range of shareholders to bring solutions together
• Digital marketing and customer engagement experience preferred
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Experience with Agile methodologies with SAFe 5 experience preferred
