Your role As a Global Strategic Solutions Consultant, you will serve as a strategic advisor, partnering directly with our North American and European sales teams, helping enterprise leaders envision how our solution transforms workforce and team management.
In this influential role—among the first regional solutions consultants—you will creatively engage prospects, navigate complex buying cycles, stakeholder alignment, and change management scenarios to guide customers toward successful outcomes.
Your role is part advisor, part facilitator, and part coach: you will actively support and contribute to building a high-performing Solution Consulting team as we scale the region.
This role reports directly to our global Head of Solution Consulting, located at our global headquarters in France.
Your responsibilities Serve as a strategic partner to our Strategic Sales team to build winning strategies, demonstrating deep understanding of client business challenges, pain points, and desired outcomes.
Engage with prospects through consultative selling techniques, driving discovery conversations and strategic solution workshops aimed at aligning stakeholders and promoting effective change management.
Own, lead, and deliver executive product demonstrations and solution presentations tailored to C-suite and senior decision-makers.
Connect platform capabilities directly to the client's strategic objectives and business value.
Serve as the trusted advisor guiding complex enterprise SaaS engagements; craft differentiated value propositions and ROI analyses aligned with clients' strategic priorities.
Collaborate closely with your Sales counterpart on client narratives for RFPs and inquiries.
Develop impactful strategic account plans with account executives to strengthen client engagements, drive market and account expansions, and position Whoz solutions effectively.
Act as the voice of the customer within Whoz, sharing client feedback and market insights to influence product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.
Provide mentorship and coaching to less senior colleagues and future team hires, contributing to building, scaling, and growing the presales organization in North America.
Your profile 7+ years of enterprise presales consulting, solutions engineering, or consultative selling experience—mandatory experience in enterprise SaaS solutions; HCM or Talent Management experience is a plus.
Proven success using consultative, value-based selling methodologies in complex enterprise environments involving stakeholder alignment and organizational change management.
Experience navigating complex buyer dynamics, stakeholder consensus, and change initiatives at enterprise level organizations.
Collaborative team player, capable of contributing in a supportive team environment focused on shared goals, learning, and client success.
Experience coaching, mentoring, or leading teams is preferred; passion for supporting junior colleagues' growth.
Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, including at senior and C-suite levels.
Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work autonomously in a rapidly evolving, early-stage regional presales team.
Experience in international or multicultural business environments is preferred.
Fluent English required; fluency in French highly appreciated.
