You will work within the Enterprise Technology team and business transformation project teams. You?ll deliver strong consistent thinking and programs of work that drive Global sales technical capability, efficiency and effectiveness.Some of the responsibilities will include;Design, build and embed Global Sales Enablement learning programs to ensure the Global Sales team are efficiently and effectively using the technology stack.Develop and maintain learning assets, decks and scripts for all partner tools presentations, to aid embedding of key strategic programs and projects.Develop systems, processes and tools to streamline ways of working within it\'s Enterprise Technology to extract the best learning outcomes possible.Work with key Global stakeholders including sales, marketing, product, sales enablement, product marketing communications.Project management of key strategic programs.Contribute to sales enablement learning resources.Be part of the ?internal user groups? to establish requirements for new product features ? assessing new features from a channel perspective.Develop training materials/courses for all partner sales team members to ensure they can effectively optimise our tech stackA bit about youConsiderable experience working within a technology environment with technologistsTraining/teaching experience criticalWork together, forge networks and coach each other to drive enhanced outcomesAbility to foster success and momentum through optimism, proactivity and a commercial mindsetBe comfortable with and positively respond to customer and market changesOptimise and bring our best self to every interaction with our customers/partnersAdvanced learning and development skillsAdvanced understanding of enterprise technology (SalesForce)Strong analytical skillsExceptional presentation, communication and people skillsAbility to work autonomously and demonstrate initiative and planning skills
