Global Logistics Manager

About the role
This newly created position based at the Te Aroha site involves managing end-to-end global logistics operations.
You will ensure the delivery of high-quality honey products across all channels and markets, focusing on the US, UK, and Middle East.
Leading a high-performing team, you will play a vital role in executing the global logistics strategy.
We seek a forward-thinking individual comfortable with AI-powered technology and experienced in implementing it within global logistics operations.
Typical responsibilities include:

Managing inventory across distribution nodes
Implementing AI-powered tools within the supply chain

Qualifications and experience required:

Extensive experience in global logistics, including 3PL management, customs regulations, and omni-channel fulfillment (e-commerce, retail, Amazon)
Knowledge of IoT and emerging logistics technologies
Proficiency with business intelligence tools, automated reporting, and data visualization
Tertiary qualifications in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields
Experience in handling premium food products and cold chain management
Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills
