What you will do
Our business has many parts to it and as such your day will be varied, and you will never be bored!
From taking inbound phone calls, dealing with email-based enquiries, or communicating with customers via chat, your goal will be to achieve first call resolution As a skilled professional, you will be able to identify when to book a technician and when you can help the customer over the phone. You’ll be interacting with customers across Australia and New Zealand, on the shift pattern outlined below.
Shift Pattern
Week one: Monday – Friday, start times staggered between 10 am and 2 pm.
Week two: Monday – Sunday, start times staggered between 10 am and 2 pm with a guaranteed weekday and weekend day off.
You understand that a remote role such as this requires focus, dedication and discipline.
About you
You bring a significant amount of experience that could be from one of the following disciplines: Complex or Technical Contact Centre environments, Airline (Cabin and Ground Staff), Travel Consultants and Professionals, Health Professionals, i.e., Nurses etc., as well as high-end Retail Professionals and Store Managers. However, we also encourage and welcome other candidates outside these core disciplines who are eager to demonstrate to us why they feel they would be a great fit for us to apply!
