Glassy/Bar Support

We are looking for a new part time glassy to join our front of house team!
This is a great position for someone looking for their first hospo gig, as it could lead to a bartender or wait staff role down the track. The ideal applicant will be: organised have amazing attention to detail work hard under pressure love working both independently and as part of a bigger machine outgoing and not afraid to talk to strangers as there will be some customer interaction involve - strong communication skills are needed

Main responsibilities include the organising of glassware to be washed and put away, helping the bartenders with prep and restocking, assisting the wait staff with clearing and resetting tables and generally keeping on top of the little details that make a busy dining room and bar run smoothly. This role mainly consists of Friday and Saturday nights plus the occasional mid week shift too. Approximately 2-4 nights/week. You'll be committed to working across the busy summer period and not be afraid of the occasional late finish.
