We are a high-needs clinic, committed to improving inequities in our most vulnerable populations and making a difference to Maori Health. We pride ourselves on our collaborative approach to delivering holistic care.Our practise is open Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm and there is a weekend roster working from the Totara Health premises.Our Teams:As part of our integrated model of care, you will work in a team with: Registered Nurses, Nurse Prescribers, Nurse Practitioners, a Clinical Pharmacist, On-site Dispensing Pharmacists, a Health Coach, a Health Improvement Practitioner, Administrators, Whanau Manaaki and other General Practitioners whose backgrounds vary including GPEP trainees, RNZCGP Fellows, Overseas Trained General Practitioners and those on Locum Contracts.We are looking to set up our third integrated team and need GP's to fill 1.7 FTE.We are open to candidates working part-time hours as an Employee, Contractor or Locum – whatever suits you !
