General Manager - Raine Farms Ltd

Raine Farms Ltd are seeking a talented General Manager (GM) to oversee and manage their day to day operational, financial and commercial activities.

Raine Farms are a Nelson-based farming family who have been farming in the region for more than 80 years. Over the years the Raine family has maintained a passionate belief that customers want a direct connection with the farm producing their milk. Providing fresh milk from A2-tested cows, bottled on the farm and then delivered direct to customers and retail.

The GM role is pivotal, taking responsibility for all aspects of the supply chain from the farms through to the factory to the consumer to deliver a high-quality premium milk product.

To be successful, you will have proven experience at a senior level that allows you to understand and effectively manage the supply chain from the farms to the consumer. You will also have a proven sales & marketing background, outstanding financial and commercial skills, a leadership style that inspires and engages people with a customer centric approach. Essential is relevant experience, expertise and an understanding of the rural sector.
