General Manager Operations

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

You will manage and consolidate core operations to ensure that KCD meet their commitments to train young people so that they successfully enter the job market and build their careers. You will lead and support training and residential hubs in Auckland and Wellington (and other places as they come on stream) and other staff to ensure that training programmes are delivered successfully.

We are searching for an inspirational, action-oriented leader who has had a successful career in Operations Management, preferably in the small to medium business sector. You will also be commercially and financially savvy and customer focused. The alignment and implementation of operational business plans to organisation's strategic goals will be second nature to you. You will have proven abilities in building a safe and constructive working environment that engages staff and stakeholders.
