General Manager Operations

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a GM Operations to join our Christchurch-based team In this varied and key role you will set the tone for families' experiences at the House and Family Rooms, ensuring services are delivered to a consistently high standard while fostering a supportive, comfortable and welcoming environment.

To be successful in this role, you will be a proven people leader with operational or general management experience, and confidence to manage and foster a dedicated and passionate operations team. Your exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills, along with highly developed communication and engagement skills will be crucial to your success. You will possess strong office management skills, a 'can do' attitude and down to earth approach. In this role you will live, breathe, and have huge amounts of empathy for the cause and the families, with an affinity to the not-for profit and/or volunteer sector.
