This role is as diverse as the people we work with; from strategic oversight, to operational management, and leadership, this role is also responsible for ensuring the organisation's financial health, growth, and sustainability.As the face of Atawhai Industries, this role is responsible for building strong and effective relationships with a wide and diverse audience (from our clients to government departments and local businesses).This role is also responsible for providing leadership to a close knit and passionate team, this is a hugely rewarding role where you play an active role in identifying new opportunities that will see Atawhai Industries benefit a wider range of people.Our ideal candidate will possess a high level of emotional intelligence, they will be an agile individual who can seamlessly alternate between high-level strategic thinking and hands-on operational management.In addition to this, we are interested in hearing from individuals who can demonstrate the following:Minimum 10 years' management experience with a proven track record of effectively leading teamsExperience in, or knowledge of the disability sector preferredStrong written communications skills and experience preparing (Board) reportsProven success in fostering strong, productive relationships across a broad array of stakeholders.Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and financial reportsDeep empathy for people with disabilitiesTo apply, please submit your CV and a cover letter outlining your interest in the role.
