Dover, Central Region General/Business Unit Manager (CEO & General Management) Work closely with the Management in charting the strategic directions and roadmaps of the Company in alignment with the Governing Board's goals. Drive administrative excellence as a potential strategic advantage for the Company. Oversight of strategic communications at the school. Accountable to oversee for all corporate functional operations and administrative matters of the Company. This includes (but is not limited to) areas in outreach and communications, international relations, research and grant administration, facilities and general administration), human resources, IT, finance and administration. Oversee and optimize the use of resources and develop systems and processes to support the initiatives of the Company with adherence to corporate policies and guidelines. Proactively develop, review and drive improvements in the Company's structure, systems, policies, processes and work to enhance organizational effectiveness. Analyse statistical data and make recommendations on report and proposal submissions to the Board. Oversee planning and execution of student exchange programs and School's major events. Oversee the overall financial operations of the Company including financial reporting and analysis, budget planning and monitoring, as well as asset management, for financial effectiveness. Review, recommend and drive process improvements to the Company's structure, systems, policies and procedures with the aim of creating. effective teams and a conducive work environment for the Company. Partner with key leaders and centers of research within the Company to develop a comprehensive strategy that positions research as a fundamental tool for achieving excellence. Requirements: Degree and with at least 8 years of working experience in similar capacity. At least 5 years of experience in senior managerial role/operations management and a proven record of excellent performance. Previous experience in managing teams is essential. Prior administrative experience in a research setting, demonstrating a deep understanding of this field would be an added advantage. Strong in strategic thinking and has an analytical mind. Strong operational experience, IT savvy and proven managerial experience in strategic planning and financial budgeting planning. Excellent collaborative and leadership skills. Confident and proactive with demonstrated dynamism and resourcefulness in problem solving. Highly adaptable and self-motivated with lots of initiative to take on new challenges. Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying complex ideas to diverse stakeholders and fostering productive relationships.
