The Role:
As our General Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the operation, setting the tone for excellence, accountability, and unforgettable guest experiences. You'll bring your leadership, strategic thinking, and hospitality know-how to elevate the business to new heights.

* Proven experience in senior leadership within the tourism, hospitality or related industries
* A deep understanding of the Fiji or Pacific tourism landscape (or a passion to quickly learn!)
* Strong commercial acumen and operational excellence
* A hands-on, can-do leadership style with the ability to energise a team
* Passion for delivering incredible guest experiences and building a thriving workplace culture
