About the opportunity
Reporting to the Chief Executive, the General Manager Digital & Marketing will drive transformational change in the firm’s digital environment; from both a client and an employee perspective. This will include:
Working alongside the Chief Executive and Partners to develop and deliver a Digital Transformation Strategy that aligns with the firm’s overreaching strategy and results in a strong, agile and high performing digital environment.
Working closely with the General Manager Infrastructure to facilitate initiatives that involve ML, AI and other innovations.
Leading the integration and continued User Experience (client and employee) of new product, technologies and applications.
Championing digital innovation and identifying and assessing the potential impact of existing and emerging technologies on the firm’s service offerings, processes, and client and employee experience.
Overseeing the development of the firm’s social media strategies.
Contributing as a high performing member of Senior Leadership Team from a firm-wide stand point.
This key role needs a talented and present-day thinker to lead the execution of digital strategies and innovations that drive achievement of firm-wide objectives.
To be successful in this role, you will be a highly-skilled Executive who has a track record of successfully delivering complex digital strategies and initiatives. Holding a tertiary qualification in Business, Technology (or equivalent) you will be used to working on multiple organisational-wide projects and you will be able to demonstrate your commercial thinking alongside your understanding of digital technologies at an operational and strategic level. People listen to you because you can explain that ‘digital stuff’ in layman’s terms and you have a proactive style that sees you easily engage, support and collaborate with people/teams to get the job done. And to add icing to the cake – you have a reputation for your passion and knowledge of the evolving digital world.
