OurGarden Centre provides the people of Dunedin and beyond an extended choice of gardening, landscaping and rural products. We are looking for exceptional individuals who can share their knowledge and skills with our customers. We are looking for a talented individual to join us as 2IC (Second-In-Charge) within ourGarden Centre. Reporting to the Garden Centre Manager, you will assist with day-to-day running of the department, through delivering excellent staff leadership, merchandising, stock control and customer service.

To be successful in this position you will need:
Previous experience managing large retail teams and retail operation knowledge is essential. Excellent time management skills are a must, as well as ability to prioritise and get things done in a busy retail operation. Good understanding and full appreciation of the importance of the health and safety in the workplace are critical to the role.
This positionis Fixed Term, Full Time and will be worked Tuesday to Saturday.
