This pivotal role is designed to guide students to thrive and develop the skills, qualities and dispositions identified as being essential in opening up their future employment options.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Pathways Team, school staff, and external partners to deliver an effective pathways curriculum for students from Year 11 to Year 13 including focus on Maori and Pasifika achievement.We are looking for:Experience in career advising, educational support and/or related roles.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and external partners.Commitment to fostering inclusive education and empowering students to achieve their goals.A proactive, enthusiastic, and adaptable approach to supporting student success.Excellent organisational and administrative abilities with sound digital skills.A full, clean NZ Drivers Licence.The position is 30 hours per week, term time only and is in Grade 4 to 5 of the Support Staff Collective Agreement.
