Camp Quality believes every Australian child impacted by cancer should have every opportunity to thrive. We do this by providing innovative programs and services to develop life skills and strengthen the wellbeing of children aged 0 13 growing up with cancer, and their families. We support families no matter where they live in Australia, throughout each stage of their cancer journey.
About the Role
The Fundraising Coordinator is responsible for managing and extending Camp Qualitys community and state-based community fundraising and local corporate revenue portfolios in a way that retains and grows existing relationships, and identifies and implements sustainable, long term net revenue.
Reporting to the Community Fundraising Manager - NSW, you will be primarily responsible for community fundraising, large-scale beneficiary events, signature events owned by Camp Quality as well as local community-based grants in the Southern NSW region which consists of Sydney, ACT and Southern NSW.

To be successful in this position, it is preferable that you have:
Qualifications in fundraising, marketing, communications or related discipline.
A minimum of 3+ years working in an account management or business development role with demonstrated experience achieving budgeted targets.
A good understanding of, and experience in the not-for-profit and philanthropic sectors is essential.
Highly developed, broad, stakeholder engagement skills to successfully engage with community partners and corporates.
Experience using a fundraising CRM and understanding of the importance of information management.
Project and event management experience is preferable.
High level of initiative: self-motivated with a strong work ethic and resilient outlook.
Excellent organisational and administrative skills with good attention to detail.
