Details of the offer

The role
We currently have a vacancy for a Functional Consultant in our Auckland Office. The ideal candidate will have a passion for using their exceptional service delivery skills in software implementation/consulting, and training.
They will be able to draw on a variety of prior experience with the following as highly desirable – direct client engagement, related functional experience in Payroll, Human Resources/or benefits, and/or technical and subject matter knowledge.
Previous experience as a HRIS System Administrator or a chris21 or ichris user is preferred.

Responsibilities
Implementing the Frontier Software suite of products on time and budget with the highest level of customer satisfaction
Participate as part of a project team
Assist in software query resolution and contribute to the ongoing development of the Frontier Software product suite
Contribute to maintain the highest level of teamwork
Contribute individually and collectively to departmental KPIs

Experience Required
Results orientated with very good presentation skills both oral and written
Extremely competent analytical, negotiation and communication skills
Able to think on your feet and provide solutions and recommendations to complex problems
Ability to lead staff/client training or requirements gathering sessions and workshops
In-depth knowledge of Payroll and/or HR procedures and strategies
Very good product skills using Microsoft Office applications
Willingness to be a professional team member
Ability to travel to client sites locally and nationally and a current Drivers Licence and personal vehicle
