We love boating and fishing at Smart Marine and our crew are like minded to our customers who are also mad keen! Our crew take great care of our customers, continually grow their knowledge and skills and of course this also helps with improving their own catch too! This full time permanent role requires someone actively involved with boating and fishing as a major personal interest.
Retail Sales experience is a plus but we are prepared to train crew who show excellent communication skills, a genuine desire to help improve our customer's boating/fishing experiences and who show a willingness to help fix tricky problems. Customer service experience is well recognised too. Enthusiasm and an ability to work in a dynamic and busy team environment are important.
