Our client is looking to bring a Full-Stack Developer on board to add to their tight-knit group of passionate and driven team members.You will be joining a team with an amazing collaborative culture, where you will be working alongside EVERYONE in the business, from the CEO and Founder to the Customer Success Managers. All driven by the same goal, our client is keen to bring on like-minded people who are not only hard workers but can interact and get along with the whole team.THE ROLE:As a Full-Stack developer you will be joining a Development team of 4 members who work in an agilest fashion. No two days will be the same here and you must be comfortable working in an environment where the requirements are always defined perfectly for you. You will relish the opportunity to take a ‘problem’ and brainstorm, develop, test and push solutions into production as a team. You are confident at turning the technical to non-technical and vice versa, and communicating with people at all levels, from the customer to the CEO.MUST HAVES:2+ years’ experience in Web-Development / Application DevelopmentExcellent attitude – you will be working with everyone in the business, so attitude is criticalExcellent attitude – this is a tight-knit team who hold themselves accountable for the work they do, and will expect you to do the sameEXCELLENT ATTITUDE – I think you get it by now, attitude is everything!
That’s right – attitude means everything to this team. While tech-stack isn’t the most important facet to our client proven experience in development is a must. If you have experience in Ruby on Rails, then that would be an absolute benefit. Other ‘ideal’ tools/ technologies are – microservices, IaaC / Terraform, automated testing, cloud technologies.You must have NZ Residency, Citizenship or a valid NZ Work Visa in order to be considered for this role.Sound like you?
