Quest Apartments are a well-known established Australasian brand which is flourishing in Australia, New Zealand and Fiji, with over 180 serviced apartment style hotels worldwide.We are conveniently located in the heart of the CBD and are looking for a dedicated, vibrant and friendly person to join our small front office team!We are looking for someone who can work part time, with a probability for the role to become full-time in the near future.We have a variety of shift times available, hence flexibility is very important. As we aim to provide as much flexibility to our team as possible, hence the least we expect is that all our team members should also be flexible and ready to work on a shift-based roster, including weekends and public holidays when needed!Some key attributes of the applicant should be:Excellent customer service;Good communication & telephone skills,Confident & enthusiastic about what they do;Self-motivated;Lastly be sincere and honest!Experience in RMS (Property management software) will be an added advantage. Although if you do not have any prior experience, then training will be provided to the right candidate.Please Note: Candidate will be offered 1 room in a fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment with all expenses paid in lieu of fulfilling the role of after-hours duty management every alternate week, on a rotational basis with another employee. The accommodation will be provided throughout the time you are employed with us.*Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or have a valid NZ work visa.
