Columbus Coffee atCambridge Mitre 10 Mega, is seeking an experienced Front of House Superstar forour increasingly busy café.
This position offers askilled cafe hand a unique opportunity to further develop a true passion forcoffee, you’ll share our passion for great espresso and want to join us in ourquest to serve customers exceptional customer service every time.
We are looking for someone who has: * At leastone year front of house experience in a busy café - coffee skills are a plus
* Exceptional people skills (You will be thefirst point of contact for the customer so you must have great customer serviceskills, be friendly and outgoing)
* A positive and mature outlook
* Ability to work well under pressure andable to multi-task
* Passionate about coffee and the hospitalityindustry with relevant, recent experience in a similar role and theunderstanding of the Food & Safety Standards is required.
This role is envisagedto be approx. 15-20 hours per week to be worked on a roster basis and you willbe expected to work one day over the weekend, however flexibility will berequired to cover additional hours including some Public Holidays. We are nowNew Zealand’s largest locally owned and operated cafe franchise with over 60cafes though out New Zealand. This is a challenging position but a greatopportunity to stamp your mark on the role and help further grow the business.Applicant must have a current legal entitlement to work in New Zealand.
