We are a Cafe/Restaurant situated on the waterfront in the Coromandel Peninsula, we are a vibrant, happy team with a solid regular clientel, a passion for good food sourcing free range and where possible organic produce. We run a side business Deli with products from France, Italy, UK, Middle Eastern, Pacific and New Zealand. Our seating capacity is 70+ inside and out. We are a destination find within a historic Kauri Mill renovated tastefully giving a warm charismatic Caribbean feel. Our position is part time over winter and full time+ in summer.
It is essential that the applicant be fluent in speaking English,
Key points of the job role are:
*Customer care
*Barista (experience not necessary training provided)
*Ordering - wine/beer/soft drinks/coffee
*Display of Deli and sales
*Waitressing
*Cash handling
*Management of junior staff
*Front of House cleaning & laundary
*Events
* Must be able to work in a team, high energy, energetic, happy personality
