Freight Handler

Our network is the strength behind New Zealand Couriers and the work of our operations teams is all about ensuring we can pack/unpack and move freight on time, every time, and in the manner that's expected, so our couriers can do their jobs.Working as part of the team in our fast paced industry and reporting to the Operations Controller, we are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic person to work in our Parnell depot. Free parking available on site.Immediate start available to the right person.Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm (no weekend work).Essential to the job is reliability, common sense, punctuality and the ability to fit into a team environment.You will need good physical fitness as some heavy lifting is required (able to lift 30kgs)Forklift licence an advantage.A sound geographical knowledge of the region is very important and a respect for Health & Safety in the workplace is imperative.
