Freight Coordinator

About the role

Working as part of the Auckland Parcels Operations team you will be primarily focused on assisting with Claims reduction, Scanning processes, Difot Improvements and providing exceptional customer service to our customers. As owner of this function, you will build a strong customer relationship by providing a superior customer experience, coordinating the necessary team / staff and companioning process improvements to raise quality and service. You will work towards achieving a great level of service within the Auckland Parcels Operations team.
As the Freight Coordinator, you will:
Work effectively both as part of a team and individually
Having excellent communication skills are essential

Provide Technical Support
About you:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Relevant experience in the transport / freight industry (At least one year)
Excellent organisational skills
Attention to detail to manage potential health and safety risks
Proven customer service experience and people skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Hold a Forklift Licence (preferable)
