Franchise Operations Support Specialist

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Call Cycle Development - Develop and deliver a regular scheduled club visit to develop and connect the franchisees to the central support office and report on their progress

Facility Management Support - Assist with club equipment audits and make sure all clubs have compliant equipment and fit outs.

Training - Ensure new clubs are brought onboard and trained in line with franchise policies and procedures.

Franchisee Support -Provide successful sales and operational and financial data and general support for Franchisees and their teams, working to understand their needs within the club and support where required.

Analysis & Reporting -provide monthly update reports on compliance, market trends and unbiased feedback on club performances and strategies

Several years' proven success in a training, operations, sales, or customer support environment is essential.

Ideally you would have worked within a franchise service-based organization or the gym or fitness industry

Proven experience in training new products and delivering training programs is desired

Experience in using Customer Management Systems is highly desirable

Strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to gain buy-in at all levels is essential?
