Forresters Lane is a cocktail bar seeking a bartender who can balance a drink.

This is why we only want applicants who have a current managers certificate and are at a level that they can work a solo shift in a small cocktail bar. This means that all applicants must be fun, responsible and professional.

Ideally the applicant should have a solid knowledge of classics but more importantly we want someone with a passion for hospitality and cocktails.

Forresters Lane will have a focus on house-made ingredients so experience in making your own cordials, preserves and liqueurs would be great but by no means essential. Someone honest, open, and friendly is more what we look for. If you are the right person for us we can tailor the hours and training to your skill level.

Anyone exhibiting a range of previous hospitality experience will be highly desired, especially previous floor experience, spirit and produce knowledge.

Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
