Experience in bar and restaurant etiquette within a fine dining restaurant is required, along with the desire to provide outstanding service and a personal touch.
The lodge is open for breakfast, lunch on demand, and dinner service 7 days a week, and also caters to private functions.Also employing:Housekeepers - Fiordland LodgeWorking alongside the lodge team to ensure lodge rooms and public areas are sparkling clean and in top condition.
This position requires maintaining a very clean atmosphere for all our customers throughout our accommodation rooms and public areas.Roles commencing ASAP (September/October 2024 through to the end of April 2025) require a minimum 3-month commitment.The secret to the great success and reputation of Fiordland Lodge is, without question, our incomparable staff.
