Food & Beverage Duty Mnager

We are looking for an experienced Front of House Duty Manager to become part of our great team. You will need outstanding customer service skills, great attention to detail and flexibility. Be self- motivated and hungry to succeed with a positive attitude. The mind set to deal with everything from a table for 2 or a corporate function for 100. Are you hard working, well presented, have plenty of common sense and think outside the square? The person we are looking for will have the following skills and attributes: • Minimum 2 years' experience and proven track record. • Currently hold a General Managers certificate or at a minimum LCQ qualification. • Strong beer, food and wine knowledge. • Rostering. • Leadership and staff management skills. • Hardworking, enthusiastic, outgoing personality and high standards. • Ability to multi-task and work as and where required for the business. • Mature, honest and reliable. • Excellent communication – Fluent in English, Mandarin/Cantonese. • Computer skills required. Able to work early mornings and evenings including weekends The role currently on offer is a Part Time position. During summer times the applicant can expect to do 40+ hours in the restaurant, however during quieter months the successful applicant can also be expected to work in other divisions.
