Part of Accor Hotels, Pullman Auckland's sleek interiors emit a warm and friendly vibe, creating an intimate atmosphere whether in the lobby lounge, by the 25 metre heated swimming pool, or within one of 16 dynamic meeting spaces.Job DescriptionWe are looking for Food and Beverage Attendants to play a key role in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests.What You Will Be DoingSetting up, serving, and clearing tables, as well as assisting with other food and beverage service-related tasks.Explaining the menu to guests, assisting those with special dietary needs or preferences.Maximizing sales opportunities with recommendations and suggestions.Communicating with other departments to ensure the highest level of guest service is maintained.Maintaining clean and safe workspaces and guest areas and ensuring food safety requirements are followed.What We Are Looking ForGreat communication skills & presentation and confidence to engage with guests.Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.Experience in food and beverage is preferable, but a passion for providing great guest service is what will really make you stand out!QualificationsWhilst talent and attitude are our primary requirements, you also have:Must have PASSION for quality, presentation and delivering outstanding customer service.Have experience in a food & beverage service role, preferably in a 4 or 5 star hotel environment.Have the ability to work independently and as a part of a team.The right to work in New Zealand.Flexibility of availability – able to work across a 7 day week shift pattern, including late nights/early hours of the morning.Additional InformationPullman Auckland isn't just about developing your career; it's also about helping you enjoy it too.
