From serving meals, working the bars, maintaining the alpine ambiance, and handling guest questions with finesse - say goodbye to mundane and hello to mountain magic!If you're a hospitality extraordinaire or simply someone who thrives on the buzz of guest interaction, don't let this opportunity slide by – join us on the snow-covered stage where every day is an epic adventure.About the RoleAssisting in the preparation, display, and service of food on a daily basis.Processing orders as per guest requirements - table & bar service in some outlets.Managing the operation of the POS and balancing takings at the end of each shift.Bussing tables, restocking display cabinets, and maintaining rubbish areas.Assisting guests with any requirements they may have.Assisting in other areas of the café including the kitchen as required.About YouAbility to make multitasking appear effortless.High level of personal presentation and hygiene.Experience in frontline customer service and a passion for exceeding guest expectations.Holders of LCQ have the opportunity to become a Duty Manager.Willingness and flexibility to assist other areas of the café and other ski area outlets as and when required.As Kaitiaki of the mountains, we have an enduring commitment to our environment, people, and communities to ensure they benefit from our presence.
