Our team sees every aspect of the hospitality industry, gaining unique experience that develops their careers and can be transferred when they are ready for the next adventure.Our Food & Beverage Manager is looking for experienced and guest-focused Food & Beverage Attendants to join our F&B team for the summer season.

Regardless of your outlet, you will be the face of our dining experience, ensuring our guests enjoy everything we offer.
Working alongside your colleagues in the F&B and Kitchen teams, you will deliver cohesive service throughout the day.What you will be doingMeeting and greeting our guestsSharing your knowledge of our food and beveragesProviding efficient table management and resettingMaintaining high standards of presentationSupporting guests to make the most of their stayWhat you will bring to the roleSolid F&B experience in a similar position, including use of Point-of-Sale systems, maintaining food and beverage items, restaurant presentation, and guest engagementA passion for providing exceptional service and guest experiencesAn eye for cleanliness, organization, and presentationA willingness to learn and a "can do" attitudeAbility to work under pressure and resolve issues effectivelyFlexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidaysEffective communication skills, both written and verbalA collaborative approach with colleaguesThe BenefitsFull-time position, minimum 60 hours per fortnightHourly rate of $25.00Live in Aoraki/Mt Cook National Park with stunning surroundings and unparalleled views – a short and remarkable commute to work.
