Set on 6,500 acres in the Bay of Islands, Northland, New Zealand, The Lodge affords spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and overlooks our championship golf course. The beautiful panoramic view encompasses Cape Brett, the famous “hole in the rock” and the Cavalli Islands. The main lodge hosts a spacious living room, two private day rooms, computer room, and a beautiful dining room with an outdoor deck overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Twenty-three all-suite rooms are nestled nearby in the forest.
We are looking for Food & Beverage Attendants to join our staff for our busy summer season, approximately November - March.
You will work alongside one of the most professional Food & Beverage teams in the country and be exposed to a wide range of food styles from our daily changing menu. We are a Relais & Chateaux property with an award-winning restaurant. Experience, attention to detail, great organisational skills, a strong work ethic and positive attitude will be the key to unlocking these exciting positions.Candidates: Must have at least a year of wait staff experience, ideally in a fine dining environment. Good grooming/presentation and great communication skills are essential. Being confident in engaging with guests and providing great customer service skills is also needed. Own car and driver license is required (No accessible public transport to our location) This position is only available to those that are able to live and work in New Zealand.
