Food And Beverage Attendant

Food and Beverage Attendant with knowledge of Food and Wine and wine pairing with food - must have at least one year's minimum experience in similar role and establishment. Must be able to make bookings in our booking system and place orders in the pos system as well as cash off customers. Ensure all dietary requirements of customers are communicated to the kitchen. Handle all private functions, conferences, weddings and other big events as required. Ensure Alcohol Management Plan of the organisation and offer a safe environment to all patrons. Supervise the delivery of stock, tally against invoice, sign off and hand over to management Maintain stock control through shift. Deal with customer complaints on the spot and ensure no customer is left unhappy at any time. Ensure all Health and Safety requirements of the establishment and participate in all meetings. Follow laid down opening and closing procedures. Adhere to all internal processes as laid down. Coffee making skills a must. Must live locally in Matakana/Warkworth area or be able to shift to the area. Training available for candidates who come with a wine and food background in hospitality.
