An experienced transport administrator is needed for a small tight knit team based in Onehunga.This covers tasks from despatch, delivery scheduling, H&S, vehicle servicing and compliance and would be supporting our transport supervisor in all aspects .We are looking for the professional who shows pride, believes that safety in the workplace is paramountYou must be a good communicator and be well presented.HOURSMonday to Friday 40 hours per week , with flexible start times .Qualifications :Must-Haves – Your Key to Success!Experience in office based administration tasks including data entry, running reports, & creating spreadsheets is required.Detail-Oriented : A keen eye for detail is necessaryTech-Savvy : Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and WordFriendly, professional demeanor and a genuine passion for providing outstanding customer serviceTeam player who collaborates effectively to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with customers and colleagues at all levelsPayroll / HR exposure is preferred but not necessaryNote : – Minimum 2 years in a similar role within the transport or logistics industry is preferredYou will have the right to live and work in New Zealand at the time of applying.
