Acquire in-depth knowledge of our flavours and ingredients, understanding their applications in client products. Collaborate with client support specialists to tailor solutions meeting client needs. Proactively identify avenues for business enhancement to drive growth. Re-engage potential clients and pursue leads previously unexplored. Achieve company sales objectives and targets. Generate comprehensive reports on sales activities, pipeline, and key account management. Liaise with internal departments on order processing, stock management, sample distribution, and addressing technical inquiries and feedback. Assist in providing technical specifications to clients and ensuring data availability through coordination with technical staff. Support data optimization and maintenance in our ERP system (NetSuite). Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting our industry segment.
